Opportunity As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in running the shop, developing your team, and making each guest’s visit feel special. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be on the floor, leading by example and keeping operations running smoothly. If you are ready to step up, grow your leadership skills, and work toward becoming a Shop Manager, this role gives you the training, support, and responsibility to get there. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads during busy shifts and daily operations. Oversee day‑to‑day shop operations, including cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures. Set and model high standards for guest service and train others to deliver a consistently great experience. Help your team grow through ongoing feedback, encouragement, and clear expectations so everyone can win together. Support community events and shop initiatives that build loyalty and drive shop goals. What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you confidently run shifts, maintain smooth operations, and handle issues with minimal direction. Your team trusts you, looks to you for guidance, and consistently delivers friendly, efficient guest service. Shop performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and cash accuracy are consistently on target during your shifts. You are actively developing your leadership skills and are seen as a strong candidate for future Shop Manager opportunities. What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in food service or retail. Clear, positive communication skills and the ability to solve problems in real time. Reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. A genuine desire to grow, take on more responsibility, and help others develop their skills.
