Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a full-time Unit Manager and Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) in New Albany, IN at $35.00–$39.00/hour plus credit for experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead the unit: manage daily clinical operations, support staff, and make sure residents get quality care
• Coach the team: supervise and mentor nursing staff, and give hands-on support as needed
• Oversee clinical care: manage resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
• Manage wound care: run the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring
• Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
• Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date

What You’ll Need

• Active RN or LPN license (required)
• 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience (required)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
