As an experienced People Business Partner, you are the sparring partner for our managers. You provide them with strategic and solution‑oriented advice on all personnel‑related issues – from departmental development and talent management to labor law issues. Your main task is to empower our managers to lead their teams successfully and achieve the company's goals. You work hand in hand with them to develop and implement appropriate human resources strategies. In doing so, you contribute your many years of experience as a business partner. Trust, clear communication, and the ability to act proactively in a dynamic environment are crucial for this role. Your contribution to success Strategic consulting : You derive the people strategy for your area of responsibility directly from our overall strategy. This means that you are not only involved, but also actively shaping the process. Trusting cooperation : You are the first point of contact and confidant for our managers and employees. You provide advice and support in all people‑related matters. You drive change processes forward together with your PE colleagues. People excellence with passion : You play a decisive role in the optimal and efficient implementation of our people guidelines and HR tools. Your passion for good human resources management ensures that we always find the best solutions to strengthen our teams and improve our working environment. Operational HR work : You accompany our employees throughout their entire journey with the company: from a warm welcome when they join to a professional farewell. You ensure that all processes run smoothly and always involve the works council in a spirit of partnership.
