- # Compensation & Benefits Business Partner (f/m/d)Applylocations: Münchentime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00102585**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* **Lead compensation processes**: Own key compensation activities across Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), including annual salary reviews, bonus review cycles, and job grading initiatives.* **Partner with stakeholders**: Act as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and management on all Compensation & Benefits-related matters.* **Drive compensation programs**: Implement compensation policies, support harmonization initiatives, and continuously enhance existing frameworks and processes.* **Enable data-driven decisions**: Leverage market benchmarks and compensation analyses to provide transparency and develop actionable recommendations.* **Optimize processes and systems**: Contribute to the design and execution of compensation processes in Workday and support the standardization of structures and systems.* **Support change initiatives:** Facilitate the successful implementation of new compensation and benefits programs through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.# Qualifications:* **Education**: University degree or equivalent qualification.* **Strong communication skills:** You can translate complex compensation topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages and communicate effectively across different management levels.* **Stakeholder management:** You thrive in an international matrix environment and act as a trusted partner to HR, business leaders, and management.* **Compensation & Benefits expertise:** You bring solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and have successfully managed compensation processes and programs.* **Analytical mindset:** You use data, market benchmarks, and compensation insights to develop well-founded recommendations and support informed decision-making.* **Languages**: You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English.
