MRI Technologist (MRI Tech)

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple MRI Technologists to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Full-time and part‑time opportunities across multiple shift schedules are available. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities Perform complex MRI examinations and procedures. Screen patients for MRI contraindications and ensure MRI safety compliance. Educate patients and monitor patient condition before, during, and after exams. Select pulse sequences and optimize imaging parameters. Perform MRI-guided procedures and assist with breast imaging and biopsies. Perform venipuncture and administer contrast as required. Coordinate MRI schedules and prioritize emergent studies. Maintain MRI protocols and recommend updates. Conduct daily quality control and monitor PACS image transfer. Serve as liaison with physicians, engineering, and MRI vendors. Assist with staff training and MRI cross‑training. Qualifications High School Diploma Certificate of Completion from a Radiologic Technologist training program accredited by an institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and/or the JCERT Advanced certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) is required A minimum of one (1) year of proven clinical experience in MRI in a Level 1 hospital setting is preferred Maintain active AHA BLS Previous Siemens equipment experience is preferred All Candidates Must Be Able to: Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist Lift up to 20 lbs Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance Push/pull with 30 lbs of force All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
