What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the PCU setting during night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalations
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 1+ year of RN experience in a Step Down or PCU setting
• Ability to work night shifts and float within the hospital as needed

• Experience with adult medical-surgical or critical care patients
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
