Location: Anoka, MN

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

In this role, you will help build high-quality heating and cooling units while gaining valuable hands-on experience with assembly, wiring, testing, and advanced manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble heating and cooling units according to production and quality standards.

• Perform general assembly work using hand tools and power tools.

• Build complete units and individual components both independently and as part of a team.

• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.

• Follow work instructions and quality procedures to ensure product accuracy.

• Learn to read and interpret blueprints for more complex assembly tasks.

• Participate in cross-training opportunities, including wiring and testing of units.

• Pursue brazing certification and additional technical training opportunities.

• Rotate between different work areas as needed to support production demands.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Stand and perform assembly tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in manufacturing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.

• Basic experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.

• Experience reading work instructions or blueprints.

• Interest in learning wiring, testing, and brazing processes.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work in different areas of the department as needed.

Work Environment

This position is located in a large, clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility. The environment is fast-paced and requires standing for most of the shift. Employees work with a variety of hand and power tools while assembling heating and cooling equipment. The facility is not climate-controlled and may become warm during summer months. Team members have opportunities to rotate through different work areas and gain exposure to multiple manufacturing processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
