Senior Human Resources Recruiter

A senior recruiter manages end-to-end talent acquisition, acts as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, and drives sourcing strategies for complex or high-volume roles. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for specialized or senior vacancies. Stakeholder Advising: Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, map talent markets, and set compensation benchmarks. Passive Sourcing: Engage hard-to-reach or passive candidates through advanced networking, social platforms, and targeted outreach. Process Optimization: Use hiring metrics (such as time-to-hire and funnel conversion rates) to improve recruitment efficiency.
