Job Location: Prospect Harbor, ME Job type: Full-time

Key Duties:

• Lead technicians and communications specialists providing critical support for the NAVSOC space communications mission.
• Manage general facility support and staffing of the SOC 24/7 with on-call capability for emergencies.
• Provide 24/7 support for the POLAR Broadcast Mission.
• Manage successful COMSEC support and operations.
• Ensure successful ground system and antenna maintenance and sustainment.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• Minimum of an Active Secret clearance or higher.
• 10 or more years of experience with the NAVSOC POLAR Broadcast mission and maintenance of ground systems and antennas.
• 4 or more years of management and/or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Active Top-Secret clearance.
