Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition, and develop personalized treatment plans in alignment with physician referrals.
• Implement treatment strategies that may involve therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Demonstrate superior customer service, ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their therapy journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the role of physical therapy in the healing process, empowering them through knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse array of patients, including those seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and pediatric needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Florida.

• Proficient with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits
