$18–$22/hr + Bonus | Customer Service Representative | No Nights | No Weekends | Palomino Plumbing

Qualifications

1–3 years of customer service experience (home services industry a plus).
Excellent phone manner, communication skills, and a warm, professional attitude.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with field management or scheduling software is a plus (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.).
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
