As a Sales Associate located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support. Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service. Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services. Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs. Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
