Job Description Job Description Job Title: Document Control / Processing Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Document Control/Processing team. This role is responsible for inputting and processing drawing and document packages based on direction from the Project Management team into contract management and production control software. The position also involves verifying work orders to ensure accuracy and completion. Key Responsibilities: Input and process drawing and document packages as directed by Project Management Enter and maintain data within contract management and production control systems Verify work orders to ensure accuracy and completion Maintain organized records and documentation Communicate closely with Project Management and production teams to ensure workflow alignment Support overall document control processes within the production environment Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Strong data entry and computer skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Tekla experience is preferred Additional Info: Pay: $19.00/hour depending on experience Status: Temp-to-hire position Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies!!
