As a Non-Certified Aide / Hospitality Aide, you help enhance residents’ daily experiences by providing comfort, assistance, and compassionate support — without hands-on clinical care.

What You’ll DoAssist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
No certification required
Genuine care and compassion for elderly residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and support nursing and care teams
Excellent attendance and reliability
