You are the primary champion of our culture, holding the team accountable to excellence while guiding our clients with 100% transparency: Command Shop Operations: Direct workflow, optimize technician workloads, and lead morning setup (7:00 AM) to evening wrap-up (5:00 PM). Deliver the 'WOW' Experience: Build lasting client relationships through transparent, honest sales advice—ensuring every customer feels like family. Lead by Example: Embrace a 'whatever it takes' leadership mindset—whether that’s driving a client shuttle, picking up parts, or coaching a team member. Proven Leadership: 5+ years of management/supervisory experience and 1+ years of high-level sales or advisory success. Unshakeable Integrity: A commitment to honesty, accountability, and putting people first. Technical Savvy: Proficient with Windows software, shop management tools, and typing at least 30+ WPM. Professional Drive: Strong communication skills, basic financial acumen, a valid driver's license, and an upbeat, problem-solving attitude.
