Automotive Service Advisor: Customer Experience Lead
Victory Automotive Group
Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor in Kentucky. This role involves being the primary communication link between customers and technicians for automotive service and repairs. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a dealer environment and a solid understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems. The position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
