xperience• Significant experience within CFO, senior finance or adjacent executive recruitment markets focussed on working Private Equity clients and their portfo

lio firms• Strong track record working with private equity-backed businesses, portfolio companies and investm

ent firms• Experience recruiting within high-growth technology, SaaS or tech-enabled services environments is highly

desirable
Leadership & Commercial

Capability• Proven success building and scaling recruitment desks and have management experience in a recruitme

nt setting• Strong understanding of P&L management, headcount growth and productivi

ty metrics• Demonstrable track record of winning and delivering retained or search-led a

ssignments• Consistent personal billings at the upper end of
