We are looking for a cheerful, friendly, and efficient Sandwich Artist to join our team! As the face of our restaurant, you will create personalized, high-quality sandwiches, greet customers, and maintain a spotless store environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and offer suggestions to upsell.Food Preparation: Prepare food (washing, slicing, chopping ingredients) according to Subway's established formulas and safety guidelines.Sandwich Assembly: Craft sandwiches, salads, and wraps to customer specifications, ensuring neatness and quality.Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area, wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and ensure restrooms/dining area are clean.POS Operations: Operate the cash register, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash flow.Inventory: Restock the sandwich unit area.Qualifications:Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical Demands:Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the entire work shift.Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 30 pounds occasionally.Perks & Benefits:Flexible SchedulingCompetitive PayEmployee Discounts/Free FoodCareer Development OpportunitiesWe use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
