Accounting Manager

Senior Manager | Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting (Remote) $150,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus We're partnering with a leading advisory firm seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to support public and pre-IPO companies with complex accounting, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead SEC reporting engagements, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, MD&A, footnotes, and disclosures Advise clients on technical accounting matters and U.S. GAAP compliance Research and document accounting positions, policies, and new accounting standards Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and external auditors Mentor team members and manage multiple client engagements Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong SEC reporting and public company financial reporting expertise Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research Experience with Workiva/Wdesk or similar SEC reporting platforms Active CPA required Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with finance executives and help organizations navigate complex reporting requirements, transactions, and growth initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
