Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge.\n \n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN organizes, oversees, & supervises assigned unit activities & staff assignments & demonstrates clinical expertise which is consistent with the established standards of Nursing Practice \n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN will identify & respond, appropriately & timely, to patient needs \n Monitor, observe, & document vital signs, treatments administered, & patient responses. \n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN will administer medications & treatments as needed \n Communicate and direct services ongoing or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff as needed \n Identify & follow disciplinary action as stated in policy \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, & other vendors'/services \n Perform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition. \n Lead & direct emergency situations - (Fire alarm, Elopement, etc.) \n Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, & census roster \n Requirements: \n \n Current & good standing RN License in State of New York \n Previous experience with geriatric/short term rehabilitation/Alzheimer 's patients is desirable \n Progressive Nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
