Direct Support Professional (DSP) As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. The position is located in Sewell, NJ. Salary and Benefits Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour and increases with education/experience. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving their daily living skill goals (food preparation, cooking, cleaning, shopping). Plan, implement, and document programs that meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. Minimum age 18. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Empathetic with a teamwork approach to care for individuals.
