Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter Ensure the delivery of process support activities in alignment with stakeholders Organize work packages within assigned timelines, budgets, and resources Manage project-related interactions with R&D Networks and other global and local functions Drive efforts to gain efficiency within development projects Identify, communicate, manage, and escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner Design and optimize team members’ personal professional journeys Coach direct reports and collaborate closely with global peers Hire and train new staff and ensure state-of-the-art technical know-how Lead process enhancement activities Integrate organizational change management activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in natural or engineering sciences or a similar discipline At least 8 years of industry experience 3–5 years of experience in a diagnostics development environment Proven track record of successful line management experience Deep experience in Diagnostics product development activities Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems Broad knowledge of R&D and related processes Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Good balance between compliance, efficiency, and risk-taking Ability to strategically navigate a changing organization Respect for differences of opinion, fairness, open communication, and consensus-building skills Demonstrates expertise in Diagnostics Product Development and Quality Management Systems, with a strong focus on process enhancement and organizational change management.
