Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience with school-based OT services preferred
• Skills in home health and/or teletherapy environments
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal setting, and documentation procedures
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and education teams
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to serve diverse needs across various settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services for students in schools, homes, and remote settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
• Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
• Provide guidance to families, caregivers, and staff for holistic support
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to drive student success
