Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to align therapy goals with educational objectives
• Document progress and adjust plans to ensure continued student growth
• Offer guidance and support for modifications and accommodations in classroom or remote learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt services for on-site, home health, or teletherapy delivery as required
