Medical Assistant

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Medical Assistant (MA,CMA) to join our Butterfield Park Medical Center in Bolivar, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.


Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: 8:00a.m- 5:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: At Butterfield Park Medical Center, we see patients of all ages for a variety of illnesses, injuries and ailments. Butterfield Park Medical Center is accepting new patients.


Some of the services we provide include:

• Complete family care

• Well-baby exams

• Well-woman exams

• Medicare wellness visits

• Behavioral health visits

• Immunizations

• Same-day appointments

As a Medical Assistant (MA,CMA), you will be:

• Working closely with the nurse practitioner.

• Completing required screenings and assessing the history of present illnesses

• Administering medications orally, via injection, or nebulizer

• Performing IV therapy and catheterization (nurse only)

• Cleaning and restocking exam rooms between patients

• Communicating test results and provider messages to patients

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma


Experience: Nursing/medical experience


Skills: Multi-tasking


Licensure/Certification: N/A


Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
