THE JOB:

Step into the action as a Casino Accounting Supervisor, where every day brings fast-paced excitement and high-stakes responsibility. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in protecting the integrity of our gaming operations-overseeing critical audit functions and ensuring full compliance with Internal Controls and Gaming Control Board regulations. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for performing audit functions in accordance with the System of Internal Control and Gaming Control Board regulations
• Establish audit procedures and review audit documentation as needed
• Responsible for maintaining source documents as required
• Responsible for maintaining secured document storage
• Review and prepare journals and reports as required
• Report and investigate exceptions as required under the System of Internal Control
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules needed to record transactions in the General Ledger
• Prepare gaming tax/license returns and make proper payment of taxes and license fees
• Responsible for the supervision and training of audit/accounting personnel
• Responsible for the reconciliation of IRS Forms 1042S and W2G and for the related tax deposits

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED is Required
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Accounting supervision is Required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:
$27.30

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
