Property Specialist

Property Specialist Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is seeking a Property Specialist to join a local apartment complex in South Omaha! Position Details Type: Evaluation Hire Schedule: 8-5 M-F, some weekend availability Location: Omaha, NE Pay/Salary: $18-23 Job Duties Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online. Conduct property tours and explain community amenities and features. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects. Process rental applications and verify applicant information. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed. Maintain accurate leasing and resident records. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus. Ability to work weekends as needed. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
