Quick Facts Location: Portland, OR (Providence St. Vincent & Providence Portland Medical Centers) Start Date: ASAP / Upon Acceptance End Date/Duration: Permanent Position Shift: 12 or 24-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7am–7am) Hours/week: Variable based on shift schedule Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: OR license preferred; must be willing to obtain license Experience: Completion of 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency required Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, malpractice insurance, and support from a well-established team What You’ll Do Manage high-risk neonates and infants in a Level III NICU environment Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support staff to deliver family-centered care Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans Attend deliveries and perform all neonatal procedures Educate families on care plans and conditions Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making Support maternal-fetal medicine consultations when needed What You Need Current OR license or willingness to obtain one Completion of a Neonatal PA fellowship or residency (12 months) Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Portland, Oregon, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for neonatal practitioners.
