What You'll Do * Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines * Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture * Crosstrain on multiple machines * Operate a forklift to move material and supplies as required What You'll Need * Ability to follow OSHA, EPA, and all company safety policies, rules, and regulations * Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision * Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when needed * Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role * Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required * Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motions Your Education * High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
