For our international expansion, we are looking for a Franchise Expansion Manager USA (m/f/d) to drive our growth across the United States. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and scaling our presence in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

Tasks

• Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners
• Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions
• Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States
• Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process
• Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – ideally in the US market
• Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies
• Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
• Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
• Willingness to travel and actively shape a fast-growing international brand
• Strong existing network of potential franchise partners and/or suppliers is a strong advantage

Work location: Ideally based in New York/USA, as your primary focus will be driving our expansion in this market. Alternatively, the role can be based in Barcelona, Spain, with regular travel to the US. The position combines fieldwork, remote work, and close collaboration with our CINNAMOOD HQ.
