We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to support key enterprise initiatives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on ensuring quality across ServiceNow-related work and data center migration efforts through hands-on testing, stakeholder coordination, and strong documentation practices. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to guide testing activities while maintaining high standards for accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance activities for ServiceNow integration efforts and data center migration workstreams, serving as a central testing contact for both initiatives.
• Execute manual testing across smoke, functional, regression, and boundary scenarios, while identifying, tracking, and helping resolve defects throughout the test cycle.
• Partner with project leadership and business stakeholders to support test planning, communicate quality risks, and help drive informed QA decisions.
• Provide ongoing QA support for ServiceNow-related priorities while dedicating substantial focus to migration-based testing deliverables.
• Set up and support testing environments for user acceptance activities, including guidance for participants on platform usage and testing processes.
• Prepare and maintain test evidence, audit-ready records, and supporting artifacts required for compliance and project documentation.
• Create and update test scripts when needed, ensuring coverage aligns with business workflows and stakeholder expectations.
• Validate ServiceNow ticketing processes, workflow behavior, and related system functionality to confirm reliable performance in production scenarios.
• Participate in onsite training and collaboration in Lancaster, Pennsylvania during the initial onboarding period, with additional in-person support as needed.• Experience performing manual quality assurance testing, including smoke, functional, and edge-case validation.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ticketing workflows and testing approaches for related business processes.
• Familiarity with quality assurance support for data center infrastructure or migration-focused projects.
• Ability to manage defects, document findings clearly, and maintain organized testing records for audit purposes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to coordinate testing efforts and support stakeholder decision-making.
• Understanding of test script creation and the ability to contribute to structured test execution for business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing by preparing test platforms, training users, and supplying required documentation.
• Detail-oriented approach centered on accountability, ethics, and collaborative teamwork.
