You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem‑solving to improve sales processes and outcomes. Responsibilities Handle the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Process and manage high‑impact customer orders. Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records. Qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential. Record, analyze, and report on detailed sales activities and trends. Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals. Resolve highly complex customer issues with products and services. Collaborate with multiple departments for large‑scale orders. Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects.
