Director, Opportunity Pursuit Leader

Position Description CGI Federal is seeking a highly motivated Director level capture manager to lead and oversee major business pursuits within the Department of Homeland Security, with a primary focus on CISA. This role is responsible for executing CGI Federal's full lifecycle, Shipley based capture management process, including developing winning strategies, managing capture activities, guiding step (gate) reviews, informing bid/no bid decisions, building partner relationships, and shaping and executing successful proposal strategies. This position is based in either our Fairfax or Arlington, VA office, with a hybrid work model available.
