We’re looking for a skilled millworker who doesn’t just build—but understands how things come together from concept to completion.

This role sits at the intersection of hands-on fabrication and digital precision . You’ll be responsible for building high-quality custom displays, signage, and branded environments—while also creating accurate CAD drawings that drive CNC production.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate custom signage, displays, and architectural elements using wood, plastics, and mixed materials
• Translate design concepts into detailed CAD drawings ready for CNC production
• Create shop drawings, cut files, and layouts that ensure efficient, accurate builds
• Work closely with design, project management, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Understand materials, joinery, tolerances, and finishes—and how they impact fabrication
• Set up and optimize files for CNC routers and digital cutting systems
• Problem-solve in real time—adjusting designs to improve buildability and efficiency
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on millwork / fabrication experience (not just assembly)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar)
• Experience preparing files for CNC production (toolpaths, nesting, etc.)
• Deep understanding of how things are actually built—not just drawn
• Ability to think through construction details before they become problems
• Experience with signage, branded environments, or custom displays is a major plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Takes pride in clean work, smart solutions, and getting it right the first time
