Full-Time Bilingual Office Assistant – Auto Dealership

Danny Auto Sales is hiring a full-time Office Assistant to support our front office. This role is customer-facing and paperwork-heavy, so we need someone organized, dependable, and fluent in both Spanish and English. Our office has a laid-back vibe, and we all keep a positive attitude — we're looking for someone who fits right in.

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 48 hours/week (paid)

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license in good standing

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and accept car payments
• Show vehicles and take customers on test drives
• Complete paperwork for car sales, titles, and insurance
• Verify customer insurance policies
• Run light errands (e.g., deliver parts to the mechanic, move vehicles on the lot)
• Contact customers regarding past-due payments
