\nHow you’ll make an impact in this role \n

\n
• \n

  Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to neurology patients, performing comprehensive neuro assessments and monitoring for changes in neurological status.

\n
• \n

  Develop and implement individualized care plans, accurately document patient condition, and respond promptly to acute events such as stroke symptoms or seizure activity.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate interdisciplinary care with neurologists, rehab services, and case management to ensure seamless treatment progression and safe discharge planning.

\n

\nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need \n

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

\n

\n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  \n transfer date required.
\n

Education:

\n

\n
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
\n

\n
\nWhat additional preferences we're seeking \n

\n
• One year RN acute care experience.
\n
