Job TitleAssembler 1 (Colorado Springs)Job DescriptionPerforms a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices. Works is performed following established standards using diagrams, drawings or other assembly procedures.Your role:Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)and assembly drawings.Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervisionAdhere to production schedules and report material shortagesAccurately document all required entries in the Lot History RecordComply with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process while demonstrating an understanding of the SPNC Quality SystemYou are the right fit if:You've acquired 1+ years of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment, including experience using a Microscope.Your skills include Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.You have a High School diploma or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
