Job Description

Office assistant duties for OIS AVP and staff. Assist with various projects, front desk coverage, assist with incoming phone calls, processing of e-forms, as well as incoming and outgoing mail.

Office assistant duties for OIS AVP and staff. Assist with various projects, front desk coverage, assist with incoming phone calls, processing of e-forms, as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Average number of hours per week: up to 20 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible based on class schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Preferred Qualifications : Computer knowledge (Microsoft office, internet and outlook), knowledge of general office equipment and office procedure.
