Home Advantage Homecare is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, client-focused home care services, and we’re looking for caregivers who share our passion for helping others.

Position Details
- Shifts Available: Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN (as needed)
- Schedules: Flexible—day, evening, and weekend shifts available
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assist with medication reminders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our EVV system
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team
Requirements
- Current PCA or CNA certification (or willing to get traine)
- Must have no barrier crimes (clear background for healthcare)
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Current TB screening (within the past year)
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients are essential.
