Remote Banking Customer Service Specialist I

WesBanco is seeking a CS Specialist I for its Customer Service Center. The role is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint across FL, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, PA, TN, VI, WV, with occasional in-person meetings. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service, preferably in banking, plus 1+ year in a contact center. Schedule is 11am–8pm, Mon–Fri, with holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
