This role requires a high level of clinical competence, adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to function effectively in fast-paced and diverse care environments. The Float Pool RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while maintaining flexibility to adjust to varying patient populations and acuity levels across assigned units.This position demands strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal unit-specific orientation.
