RN, OR - 36 hours/week, night shift

Job Description As a Registered Nurse for our OR/ASC Team at Winchester Hospital, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and observe patients' progress. Evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health‑care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of a state‑approved and/or accredited RN program required. BSN strongly encouraged. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Work experience in unit‑specific specialty preferred. 36 hours/week, night shift. Pay Range $39.00 – $93.14 per hour. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other applicable pay practices. Other Requirements All staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
