We provide: Competitive compensation and benefits Work-life flexibility Recognition and rewards Development and career opportunities A safe and inclusive workplace Why You Will Love this JobA Global Payroll Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering payroll transformation, implementation, and optimization projects across multiple countries while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and stakeholder alignment.Specific Responsibilities:Lead global payroll implementations and transformations.Presenting and communicating to C SuiteDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate payroll vendors, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, and local country teams.Manage payroll system migrations, integrations, and process standardization.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy requirements.Drive testing, parallel payroll runs, and deployment activities.Monitor project progress and provide updates to executive stakeholders.Support change management, training, and transition to operational teams.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.5-10+ years of payroll experience3-7+ years leading payroll implementation or transformation projectsExperience managing multi-country or global payroll programsExperience working with payroll vendors and managed service providersExposure to mergers, acquisitions, payroll consolidations, or global payroll transformationsPayroll systems knowledge: Workday, SAP, ADP is requiredRisk management and problem-solving.Process improvement and payroll governance.Data analysis and reporting.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
