Position Overview Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is launching an exciting new retail concept in New Braunfels area!Our newest location will be located inside H-E-B, giving customers a convenient new way to discover and explore our sheds, garages, cabins, and outdoor lifestyle structures while they shop. As part of this brand-new location, you’ll have the opportunity to help introduce the Ulrich experience to a whole new audience and play an important role in building the success of this concept from the ground up. As a Sales Designer, you’ll be the face of Ulrich at this new location. You’ll engage with H-E-B shoppers, learn what they’re looking for, and help turn their ideas into customized outdoor structures using our design tools. This is a consultative sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating solutions, and closing sales—not simply waiting for customers to walk through the door. Because this is a new concept, we’re looking for someone who is energetic, approachable, self-motivated, and excited to build something new . You’ll have the opportunity to create relationships, generate interest, and help establish Ulrich in the New Braunfels community. Expected Earnings $60,000 – $130,000+ per year This is a 100% commission-based position following the training period , with uncapped earning potential. Typical earnings range from $60,000–$70,000 annually , while strong performers commonly earn $110,000–$130,000+ based on sales performance. During the initial training period, you will receive a training wage while learning Ulrich’s products, sales process, design tools, and customer experience standards. There is no cap on commissions or earning potential. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media Greet walk-in customers at the Design Center Ask questions to understand the customer's project, timeline, and goals Present Ulrich's products and help customers explore their options Enter customer information and notes into our CRM Conduct project consultations and design customized solutions Follow up with interested customers and missed appointments Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment What We're Looking For Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, inside sales, or service environments) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to guide conversations and identify customer needs Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Google Workspace Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Interest in helping customers bring their backyard projects to life People who succeed in this role often come from backgrounds such as: Retail sales Wireless or electronics sales Furniture or appliance sales Customer service roles with sales goals Work Location & Schedule Location: Spring Branch, TX (in-person role) This position works a 5-day schedule each week , including one Saturday . Store hours are Monday – Saturday: 9AM-6PM Team members work scheduled shifts within these hours Sunday is always off One additional weekday off is provided each week Schedules are structured so team members share coverage during operating hours.
