Poppy Hill Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is opening a new, state-of-the-art practice and is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first call through treatment.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help us grow the practice and serve our community with all their oral surgery needs.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients and referring offices
• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Schedule appointments to optimize provider productivity and patient satisfaction
• Manage daily schedules and patient flow
• Prepare patient charts and verify information
• Collect patient financial responsibility
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
• Build relationships with referring offices and internal teams
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or front office experience
• Dental or medical scheduling experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
