Job Summary The Sales Coordinator must be able to administer sales, provide excellent customer care, and support the Sales and Marketing Departments. The coordinator will provide support to Account Managers through internet-based project searches, organization, assignments, and follow-up. Responsibilities include timely and accurate data input into Cemex sales tools and spreadsheets, and assist with YS reports, quotations, SAP input, forecast input, submittal requests, and bridge communication between sales and other departments. Job Responsibilities Pricing for billable and payable freight to deliver cement. Issue necessary adjustments resulting from invoicing. Update mass increases for pricing and freight into the system. Deal with customers and haulers. Input information for forecasting budget into the system. Input daily sales and statistics. Adhere to all CEMEX and O.S.H.A. rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds. Meet or exceed company safety standards. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred. Working Conditions Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location. Physical Requirements Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time. Must be able to talk and hear in order to communicate to employees/visitors and function safely around heavy rolling equipment. Must be able to perform all job functions that include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls.
