Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.A Day in the LifeThe Supply Chain Planning Manager will oversee the Production Planning and Materials Purchasing teams at the Jacksonville, FL manufacturing site, driving performance to achieve service and inventory targets by developing high-performing teams.As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will execute focused supply chain solutions which support business objectives, including supply planning, inventory management and project management. You will collaborate closely with site leadership, manufacturing, supply & demand planning, finance, new product development, and supply management.Thousands of team members worldwide make up the Global Supply Chain function. Expect to travel <10%.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) each month optimizing serviceDevelop level loaded – capacity constrained weekly / daily build schedule in line with MPS and manufacturing constraints adapted to Raw Materials, labor and equipment availabilityServe as a key participant in the monthly SIOP cycle, managing long-term rough-cut planning and scenario analysis. Proactively identify and escalate exceptions for business consideration, offering possible scenarios and solutions.Attend / lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 at site to provide planning inputs and guidanceOwn Plan vs Actual performance, conducting thorough root cause analysis with clear action plans, assigned owners, and deadlines. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong accountability and the ability to influence business decisions to drive results.Act as the primary point of contact for site leadership, manufacturing, global supply chain, finance, and plant operations teams on material planning, Plan vs Actual, and inventory matters.Champion and manage material-constrained and MRP to align manufacturing with demand, aiming for zero backorders and backlog.Support network transfer projects and balance ramp-down activities to maintain uninterrupted service.Ensure effective material planning and purchase execution to maintain optimal material availability and prevent production line stoppages.
