Veeva Business Consulting, launched in 2019, has grown quickly into a global organization of over 400 people focusing on making the Life Sciences industry more efficient and effective through software, data, and consulting. The Role We are hiring high potential early‑career professionals who want to pivot into Life Sciences Consulting through our Master Class Program . The Master Class program is an alternative to an MBA and serves as an entry path for experienced professionals to develop as Business Consultants, creating high‑impact business solutions on customer‑facing engagements. Key responsibilities include: Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, managing timelines) Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimise customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences industry, advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), other non‑consulting experience, or veteran/military service Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem‑solving mindset: anticipating issues early, analysing, and proactively finding solutions Process‑driven, analytical, data‑focused mindset looking for improvement opportunities High work ethic and integrity Willingness to travel up to 20% of time per year Compensation: Starting salary: $130,000 After one year, performance‑based salary increase and equity grant Work Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States.
