Professional Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer with expertise in forming and shoring systems to join our team. This role combines technical design responsibilities with leadership and client-facing support. This candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, and provide innovative solutions for complex projects. This role pays up to $110k annually. Key Responsibilities Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support junior engineers through technical challenges and career development. Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop safe, efficient design solutions and provide engineering expertise to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Design & Technical Work: Perform structural design and analysis for forming and shoring systems; prepare detailed drawings and calculations in compliance with industry standards. Project Management: Execute miscellaneous engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery; coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Client Support: Respond to technical questions from clients and assist in developing tailored solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with forming and shoring systems; proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, design codes, AutoCAD and/or Revit, and structural analysis/design software; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
