Echo Technologist | Upper Lake, California

Play a pivotal role in cardiac diagnostics by providing high-quality echocardiographic imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position is ideal for an experienced Echo Tech passionate about delivering accurate and compassionate care. The assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks, offering an excellent opportunity to apply specialized skills while collaborating with an expert multidisciplinary team.


Schedule Options:

• Weekend Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (Friday-Sunday)
• Alternative Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday)

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARDMS or CCI certification in echocardiography
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience as an Echo Tech
• Proficiency in operating GE Echo machines
• Experience with Change Healthcare PACS
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced echocardiographic exams, ensuring image quality for accurate diagnosis
• Work closely with physicians and cardiac care teams to review results and provide technical insights
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Adhere to infection control measures and equipment maintenance protocols
• Support efficient departmental workflow by managing time and cases effectively
